Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you verify your WhatsApp number you get a 3-day free trial of the premium features. Each account and each phone number can have one trial. You are not charged during the trial.

Premium costs ₹149 per month and renews automatically every month through Razorpay until you cancel. Your paid month starts on the day you subscribe. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it and you keep Premium for 3 more days. If it still has not been paid after that, the premium features are locked until you pay again from your Profile. Nothing you recorded is deleted.

• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges.
• After you cancel, you keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• To cancel, open your Profile and choose Cancel subscription. It takes effect immediately: no further charges are made, and you will see that your subscription is set to end.
• If you cannot cancel yourself, email support@katlyzt.com from the email address on your account and we will cancel it for you.

Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable, including for a partly used month. The free trial exists so you can decide before you pay. The exceptions are:

• a duplicate charge, or a charge made in error, which we will refund in full;
• any refund that the law requires us to give.

If you think you were charged incorrectly, email support@katlyzt.com with your registered email and the payment date.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks and card networks usually take 5 to 7 business days to show the credit.

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it. If it still fails, your premium access ends when the paid period ends, and you keep a free account with the basic features.
